Here’s a handful of things I came up with while messing about with Blender…
This consisted of a simple low poly “rock”, cloned in a spiral using a pair of array modifiers. The light at the end of the tunnel is just a simple plane with an emission node.
Inspired by a photo I saw on Twitter, this is basically a displace modifier with a heightmap texture applied to a big cube. Nothing special!
This is actually done with a particle system. I started with a flat plane, subdivided into a grid. This plane is displaced randomly along the z-axis so that each vertex has a different height. Then a particle system is applied which spawns a block at each vertex.
I’ve included a wireframe view below so you can kind of see what I’m waffling about.
